SB-213 Just received a Do Pass on the Senate Floor by 39-1...and no, the identity of the 1 is not known!
Please keep the calls going to the legislature...the law makers need to hear how important HB-188 and SB-213 are to the stability of medicine in NM.

SB-213 receive a "Do Pass" in the Senate Finance Committee meeting this morning (2/9/10)! The bill now goes to the Senate Floor. Please, make your calls and ask all Senators to support the passage of the bill so the Medical Practice Act may be amended to allow for licensure of medical corporation, thereby addressing all concerns raised by Division of Insurance late last year.
