Application for New Members to NM Medical Society

Please fill out the online application to apply for membership to NM Medical Society (membership open only to MDs and DOs). This will also establish a website account and a profile on the Physician Finder.  Once you have created an account, you can log into your account and add your directory entry into the Physician Finder database.  We have a moderation queue for all new members, once you have submitted your directory entry, a New Mexico Medical Society representative will be notified of your entry and will need to manually approve your entry BEFORE it is live on the Physician Finder. Please ensure your Username and Password is easy to remember as you will use it to access your account in the future to update your directory entry or to use our document finder resource.

Once you fill in the form below, you will receive an email with a link to create the password for your account. Once the password is created, please log into the website and click on your name in the top right of the website to access your directory entry and the document finder.  

A $265.00 non-refundable application fee ($250.00 plus $15.00 processing fee) is required with submission of this application for all new Physician memberships. The membership fee for Residents is $25.00 plus a $2.00 processing fee.
