The legislative session is half over. The status on some of NMMS priority bills:
SB325 (Sen. Stuart Ingle) passed the Senate (2/17) by 37-3 vote and now goes to the House.
HB259 received a unanimous DO PASS (2/19) in House-Health Committee. The bill, carried by Rep. Jim Trujillo, amends the existing deduction by adding that receipts of the practitioner from deductibles paid by the insuree or enrollee are deductible.
